Graduates and Employability

Since 2000, there have been 82 graduates from the program, and out of this number, 73 passed the licensure examination for agricultural engineers administered by the Professional Regulation Commission, now known as Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers.

The employment of our graduates is mostly in the Western Visayas’ Department of Agriculture and its attached agencies, higher education institutions such as Central Philippine University, local government units, provincial governments, private corporations, and companies, while other alumni are in agri-ventures. Students enrolled in the program come from the Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao parts of the country. BSABE is one course of CPU with very high employability in the sector it serves.
